Terms & Conditions
The following Terms and Conditions
apply to the use of this Web site as
well as all transactions conducted
through the site:
Refunds requested prior to the event will
be remitted through PayPal to the
customer in the full amount paid.
Refunds requested after the date of the
event will be honored if the customer
was unable to attend the event, or if the
event is canceled.
Paul Herchig Photography is not
responsible for finding you at the event
in order to fulfill your order. The
customer must come to the photo
station, have their photo taken, and
provide sufficient information to allow us
to fulfill their order. Failure to redeem
your prepaid photo package due to
customer omission or is not a reason for
refund, unless unforeseen circumstances
prevent your attendance at the event.
We will continue to take photos until
10PM on the evening of the event.
All refunds will be through PayPal, no
cash will be given to customer at the
event.
If you do not like your photo for any
circumstances within the photographers
control (ie lighting, color, tint, white
balance, etc) we will make every attempt
to resolve the situation through photo
editing, reprints, or photo manipulation.
Paul Herchig Photography makes no guarantee that the purchaser will be in the candid photos. |
