Hi,
Thanks again for purchasing your photos from us at your recent event. We try to ensure everyone receives their photos within 1 week of their event and are able to download them easily and quickly.
Sometimes e-mails get misrouted or folks have difficulty downloading their photos. Please try the following remedies and if that doesn't work please use the form below to contact us for further help.
1. If you have received your e-mail, but can't download the photos:

You will not be able to download these photos from a military network, only a civilian Internet Service Provider, so forward your e-mail to an e-mail address you can access at home and try again.

Cut and paste the link in the e-mail to your address bar.

If these things don't work please fill in Part 1 below.
2. If you received your e-mail, but got the wrong pictures: (unfortunately this occasionally does happen)
3. If you haven't received your e-mail yet: (this does happen occasionally as well, usually because of typos on entering the e-mail address, or difficulty reading the address.)

Please check all of you and your spouse or date's e-mail addresses, both in-box and junk folders. Sometimes folks give us one address at the event, but are looking for the e-mail to arrived in a different inbox.
